How we help students in need of education services
If your child needs education services, we can help you navigate the evaluation, eligibility, and Individualized Education Plan (IEP) development processes.
If your child has been denied services or placed in a program that is not meeting his or her needs, we can help you get the right support.
Usually we can help families avoid a dispute, but if a case needs to go to a hearing, we’re there to help. We do not charge a retainer for most cases.
Our mission: Equal justice
We understand what it means to have a child with a disability. That’s why we’re dedicated to helping all children get the education they deserve.
